However, colours, tones, textures and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions and other factors. Fine-art prints are reproductions of original artworks and may exhibit minor variations inherent to the printing and production process. We do not guarantee that products will appear exactly the same in person as they do on your screen. Product descriptions, availability, formats, dimensions, prices and editions may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantity available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Limited-edition works are subject to the edition size stated on the relevant product page.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Reis Studio reserves the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock or edition availability, shipping restrictions or incorrect customer information. Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production or fulfilment has begun. If we need to change, decline or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address or other contact information supplied with your order. Returns, refunds, replacements and remedies are subject to applicable consumer law and the returns information made available through our website. Purchases are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed with us.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include shipping, customs duties, import charges or other destination-specific fees. Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices offered through other sales channels or physical exhibitions. Delivery times provided by The Reis Studio are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, couriers, customs authorities, natural events, industrial action, border processes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees imposed by their country. The Services and all content made available through them, including artworks, drawings, photographs, prints, images, graphics, videos, text, branding, logos, designs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to The Reis Studio unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser. Unless you receive prior written permission from The Reis Studio, you must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, commercially exploit, sell, license, create derivative works from or otherwise use our artwork or content for commercial purposes. You may use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. “The Reis Studio” name, branding, logos and related designs may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, products and services remain the intellectual property of Shopify and its respective licensors.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools, services or features. We do not necessarily monitor or control such third-party tools. Access to them may be provided “as is” and “as available”. Your use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider. The Reis Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are made directly between you and The Reis Studio. Shopify is not the seller of the artwork or products offered by The Reis Studio. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for losses, damages or claims arising directly from products sold by The Reis Studio. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
